The rain almost challenged one woman's decision to cast her vote until she heard a man in-line say, "Don't leave, mam, those raindrops are the tears of joy from our ancestors. They are proud of this day." Both she and those around her smiled beamingly and didn't think twice about an umbrella or a step leading away from the voting booths. Every person has a right to vote. Thanks be to God.
The temperature is a moderate 54 degrees and it is intermittantly drizzling rain in Baltimore.There is also a sentimental breeze and excitement roaring in the air. The Presidential candidates are Senators Barack Obama and John McCain. The Vice-Presidential Candidates are Senator Joe Biden and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. Historic. Breathtaking. Weepy. Joyful. Anxious are all words that wear in the hearts of many.
